Customer service

Michelle from the Sioux falls, SD store went over and above to assist in getting a canvas print. She tracked the shipment and notified me upon its status per store arrival of order. She went over and above in her communications!

Ribbon

Love Hobby Lobby but was told today they no longer carry Jesus Loves Me Ribbon but they had plenty of Rainbow Ribbon. Very disappointed. Amazon carries it, so I will just shop there for all my needs.

Love this store

Love this store! While it may be more expensive on some merchandise, it carries everything that any craftsperson may desire. And clearance is awesome!!!

Employees act like Nazis

They have lots of cool stuff there but the employees are unfriendly and unknowledgeable in people skills.

Great Verity and Friendly Pople

I shop there often and staff is friendly and helpful and the products are fairly priced. I also like the coupons they often have.

Their buyers typically have me pegged. My husband and I joke that the buyers in charge of stocking the store typically have me pegged. Sometimes I go in and have little interest in a bunch of stuff, but most of the time there's a treasure to be found. Love their holiday florals and wreaths in particular.

While they have fantastic customer service when asking about online ordering, their shipping rates are quite high.

My review: Your experience may differ

Have shopped at Hobby Lobby for years, although not since the pandemic hit in March.
In store: my preferred location in Niagara Falls, NY is always clean and relatively stocked (again, been at least 7 months since I set foot into the store), the people are helpful and polite.
Online: 6 orders since 2014, no damaged merchandise issues with delivery, although it does take a while to receive the items (they are not Amazon, so do not expect Prime style 2-3 day deliveries)

Exceptional Professional customer service

I want to take this opportunity to commend the Enterprise assistant manager Bonnie Griffith, for a job well done.
I went into the Hobby lobby store in Enterprise Alabama, this evening with some photos, I needed a frame done to present to my pastor on Sunday.
Bonnie Griffith along with the clerk on duty in the fame shop, did an outstanding job, Bonnie was very professional, she provided exceptional customer service.
She went the extra mile to work with the clerk on duty, I left my number for them to call me on October 10th when the frame was completed.
To my surprise I received a call from Bonnie Griffith, 2 hours after I left the store informing me that the Job was completed. Bravo Bonnie and her clerk exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful Customer Service

I called to let them know I never received my order even though the tracking info showed delivered. I called customer service and they were so professional and told me they would need to investigate and would get back to me. With in 24 hours they contacted me for a full refund or to replace my order. I wish all companies had this type of customer service!

Unethically legit. HL really needs to evaluate their own marketing plan and step up their hiring practices in addition to stop buying B2B products from outside mass production sources. At least look at the quality before sticking and reselling total garbage. And ask yourselves "why are our employees so miserable"? Unhealthy culture = unhappy customers.
